After a lot of deliberation, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the re-examination dates for Class 12 Economics exam and tentative dates for class 10 maths examination. The re-exam for Economics will be held on April 25 for students across the country. The Secretary of School Education, Anil Swarup said that the question paper had been leaked and exams will be conducted for all the students except the ones who had appeared for the exam at international centres. A delay in the examination may impact the declaration of the results which would adversely affect the students.

For all those students date of the economic exam can be a hurdle because The exam date on April 25 would be difficult for students as many states entrance exams have been scheduled around the period April 20-30, 2018.

The offline exam of JEE Main is on April 8 and online exam will be conducted on April 15 and 16, and some state examinations are around the date of economics re-examination. After the entrance exam, there will be no gap for students to prepare for the retest. The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam for engineering will be conducted from April 22 to April 25, 2018. The Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted on April 23 and April 24.
The CBSE has cancelled the CBSE class 10th Mathematics and class 12th Economics paper conducted for the board examinations 2018. Confirming the reports of paper leaks, Central Board of Secondary Education has announced re-examination of two class 10th and class 12th 2018 examinations. CBSE has conducted the class 10th Mathematics paper March 29 and Economics paper for class 12th on March 26, 2018. Both the papers were leaked ahead of the examinations. CBSE was informed and has decided to re-conduct both the examinations after confirming the reports of the leak.
